Graphic and shapes

Beyond the wordmark the identity has two parts: a glyph that takes the place of the O, and a system of lines called Sticks.

Every shape below can swap into the wordmark. Click one to build the lockup, or take the shape on its own — each tile downloads as SVG from the corner button.

Drawing a new one

A shape that deliberately breaks out of the letterforms may grow past the O's box — the preview does not clip it.

Sticks

The other half of the identity — a system of lines used as graphic devices, as illustration, and at building scale as the structure of the signage itself.

Parallel, equal weight
Corners touch, they never join

Sticks are always the same thickness as each other and run all one way. Where they meet at a corner the ends stop short of each other — that gap is the detail that makes the system work for maps and diagrams.
